You agree to provide such documentation as superph1 may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
superph1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / âą). superph1 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event that has been cancelled or abandoned, or placed in circumstances where superph1 reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, or the exploitation of a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.

superph1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your superph1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
superph1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
superph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your superph1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
